cleaning contacts is done the following way:

1. you could start by filtering the contacts for which you are the 'salesperson' (click > 'filter' > 'my Partners')
   
   
   
2. select 2 contacts and click 'action'>'merge'  (make sure the 2 contacts have the same e-mail address)
   
   
   
3. merge the contacts
   
   
4. you should obtain a single contact mentioning the merge in the log
